This Privacy Policy describes how 3i Inc. and its affiliates (collectively “3i”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) collect, use, share and disclose information collected from or about you when you use our Services and how you can manage and control your information.
We collect various information from and about you, including information that you directly provide when you use our Services, information about how you use our Services and information from third-party sources. We use your information to deliver, analyze, maintain and support our Services. We also use your information to enhance our understanding of the way you use our Services and to develop the most relevant Services for you.
What Information Do We Collect About You?
We collect information from and about you in connection with your use of our Services. Some of this information may be considered “Personal Information” or “Personal Data” (as defined under applicable laws) which is any information that identifies you or your device or is reasonably associated with you.
We also collect, use, share and disclose aggregated or de-identified information that does not reasonably identify you or your device and is not considered personal information.
Information You Provide
- Registration Information: When you create an account or profile with us, register for certain Services, complete an application form, participate in promotions, respond to market research surveys that we sponsor, or place an order for any of our products or Services, we may ask for your information including your name, sex,[JS1] [YS2] age, email address, telephone number, billing address, or other postal address. - Device information: We may collect information from and about you, including your use and activity in our Services, your interaction with us, information about your network data, network device, or computer you may use to access our Services, and other devices (such as Pivo Pod, Pivo Wireless Microphone, etc.) that you may use with Pivo. The information includes:
- Your activity in our Services, including, but not limited to, the filter or function you used, your search history, the content you watched, and your recording activity in our Services.
- Your interaction with us such as email, push message, and other messages through online messaging channels.
- Your interaction with our customer services such as date, time, and reason you contact us, transcripts of your conversation with us, and if applicable, your phone number and call recordings.
- Your device hardware model, device hardware information (Pod information such as Pod name, firmware version), and other unique device identifiers, serial number, current software version, IP address, Application version, OS, OS version, cookies, subscription information, and settings of the devices you use to access the Services.
- Your location information, such as (a) information that identifies the precise location of your mobile device and (b) your IP address, which may be used to estimate your approximate location.
- Viewing Information: We may collect information about statistics on page views, referring sources (such as referral URLs), browser, and standard web server log information.
- Information From Third-Parties: We may also collect information about you from third parties, including government entities, public databases, payment partners such as card networks and payment processors, and third-party applications that you choose to use such as Apple, Facebook, Google, Kakao, Naver, TikTok or other social networking sites.
Publicly or Commercially Available Information
We may also collect publicly or commercially available information about you, including information from social networks, and combine it with other information about your needs, interests, and preferences.

Who Do We Share Your Information With and Why?
We may share information inside of 3i. We may share your information internally within our business, including our subsidiaries and affiliates, to help us provide our Services or to help us process your request.

We may share your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sales of company assets, consolidation or restructuring, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business by or into another company.
We may share information with third parties who perform Services on our behalf. We carefully select companies – service providers – who operate on our behalf to perform Services we outsource to them, such as marketing, research, compliance, audits, processing payments, communications, IT development, maintenance, hosting and support, and customer service operation. We may share your information with service providers to help us provide our Services.

Partners may include marketing, advertising, or other partners such as those working with us on co-branded Services or events and digital distribution partners where we make our Services available. We may share your information with our partners. Our partners may use your information as described in their privacy policies and procedures. - Facilitating partner pre-paid promotions or collection of payment for our Services;
- Suggesting contents and features available in our Services to you in the partner’s user interface. These suggestions are part of our Services for you and may include customized and personalized recommendations for certain contents;

- The right to withdraw your consent: You have the right to withdraw your consent to use your information. If you withdraw your consent, we may not be able to provide you with access to certain specific functionalities of our Services.
- Opt out of receiving our marketing emails: If you would like to opt-out of receiving our promotional messages, please contact us at support@pivo.ai. You will not be able to opt-out of messages that are considered necessary for our Services.

International Transfer
Please be aware that your personal information we collect and process may be transferred and maintained outside your home country, where that information will be processed may have lower standards of data protection than in your home country. We may transfer personal information to another country in order to provide our Services. When we do transfer personal information to other countries, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place with appropriate security measures. The transfer of such information will be in compliance with local legislation for the cross-border transfer of data, where applicable. Any international transfer of personal information will be in accordance with this Privacy Policy and in compliance with applicable laws.

We may require additional information to verify your identity or to verify that your authorized agent has the authority to make a request on your behalf before responding to your CCPA rights request. We use good faith efforts to respond to a verifiable request within forty-five (45) days after its receipt. If we need more time (up to 90 days), we will inform you of the reason and the needed extension period in writing.
Categories of Personal Information Collected We collect information that identifies, relates to, describes, references, is capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular consumer or device. When we disclose personal information for a business purpose or a commercial purpose, we enter a contract that describes the purpose and requires the recipient to both keep that personal information confidential and not use it for any purpose except performing the contract.
Sales of Personal Information
The CCPA broadly defines the term "sale" or “sell” to mean selling, renting, releasing, disclosing, disseminating, making available, transferring, or otherwise communicating orally, in writing, or by electronic or other means, a consumer's personal information by the business to a third party for valuable consideration. This means that we may have received some kind of benefit in return for sharing personal information and it does not necessarily mean we received any money in exchange.
As defined by the CCPA, we may “sell” or “share” identifiers, customer records, commercial information, internet or other similar network activity, geolocation data, and sensory data to or with our affiliates and subsidiaries, service providers, business partners, payment processors, sponsors, and other partners for contests and promotions, other companies in connection with corporate transactions, and third parties to whom you or your agent authorize us to disclose your personal information in connection with products or services we provide you.
As required by the CCPA, we provide a link on our website, mobile and online application, titled “DO NOT SELL MY PERSONAL INFORMATION” , to a web page where you can opt-out of the ‘sale’ of your personal information. California residents may exercise your right to opt-out there by clicking the “DO NOT SELL MY PERSONAL INFORMATION” button.
Personal Information of Minors Under 16 Years of Age
We do not knowingly collect, maintain, disclose, or otherwise process personal information from minors under the age of sixteen (16) through our Services.
We do not sell your personal information if we actually know you are less than 16 years of age, unless we receive affirmative authorization (the “right to opt-in”) from either you if you are between 13 and 16 years of age, or the parent or guardian if you are less than 13 years of age. If you opt-in to the sale of personal information, you may opt-out of future sales at any time. To exercise the right to opt-out, you or your authorized representative may submit a request to us by contacting us.
Do Not Track
Our websites and apps are not designed to respond to “Do Not Track” requests from browsers.
“Shine the Light” and “Online Eraser” Laws
Under the California Civil Code §1798.83 (California’s “Shine the Light” law), California residents may request us once a year, free of charge, information about sharing their personal information in the preceding calendar year with third parties for those third parties direct marketing purposes.

GeoIP Location
